The Service aggregates publicly available government permit, planning, zoning, business-license, and development records for the Las Vegas metropolitan area, including the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and the City of Henderson. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any government agency. All agency names are used for identification only.
All information is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of any lead, record, or data point. Government source data may be delayed, incomplete, reclassified, or contain errors that carry through to the Service.
"Pipeline" or pre-permit leads represent projects in application, plan review, entitlement, or other early stages. These are inherently uncertain — they may change in scope, be delayed, denied, or never proceed to construction. Treat them as early signals, not confirmed opportunities.
Where a project's official valuation is not published by the source jurisdiction (common for Henderson, business-license, and pre-permit planning/zoning records), the Service displays an estimated value inferred from the project type, size, or category. Estimated values are approximations used for ranking and filtering only — they are not official figures and must not be relied upon for bidding, budgeting, or financial decisions.
You are solely responsible for independently verifying all details — including project status, scope, valuation, parties, ownership, licensing, and contact information — directly with the issuing jurisdiction and the relevant parties before taking any action, submitting any bid, or making any expenditure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegas Contractor Alerts and its operators are not responsible or liable for any bids, contracts, expenditures, lost opportunities, damages, or business decisions made in reliance on information provided through the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vegas Contractor Alerts (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service delivers aggregated public-record construction leads via a web dashboard and email alerts, matched to a trade and job-size tier. We may add, modify, or remove features, data sources, or coverage areas at any time. Lead volume and availability vary and are not guaranteed.
Access is licensed for your own business use only. You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, scrape, or bulk-export the data; share your subscription beyond your own organization; reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third party's rights.
The Service — including its compilation, scoring, classification, software, and presentation of data — is owned by Vegas Contractor Alerts and protected by applicable law. Underlying public records are not owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your internal business use.
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms; we do not store your full card details. The Service also relies on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (see the Disclaimer tab). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vegas Contractor Alerts and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or business losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Contractor Alerts and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Vegas Contractor Alerts ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations — for example: Stripe (payments), our email-delivery provider (alerts), our hosting provider, and analytics/advertising providers such as Google. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement (including Google Ads conversion/measurement tags). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
If you subscribe, we send daily lead alerts and account-related messages. You can unsubscribe from alert emails at any time using the link in each email or in your account settings — unsubscribing from emails does not cancel your subscription or remove your account access. We may still send essential account or billing notices.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may access or update your account information, unsubscribe from alert emails, manage or cancel your subscription via the billing portal, or request deletion of your account by emailing us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights over your personal data.
The Service is intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
